Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by iSecRadar, a cybersecurity services and training company ("iSecRadar", "we", "us"). iSecRadar is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email info@isecradar.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and consultation requests: your name, email address, and optionally your organization, phone or WhatsApp number, the topic and service you are interested in, and your message.
- Course enrollment requests: the course you are interested in, your name, email address and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number.
- Direct communication: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Please do not send passwords, indicators of compromise, internal system details or other sensitive incident information through our website forms. If you need help with a security incident, contact us and we will arrange a secure channel.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: when you visit the website, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time of the request.
- Form submissions: we record the IP address and time of each form submission to protect against spam and abuse.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information you ask for.
- To assess your needs, scope proposed services or training, and prepare proposals.
- To process course enrollment requests and arrange training.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply, we rely on these legal bases:
- Steps before a contract: when you request a consultation, proposal or course enrollment.
- Legitimate interests: to respond to general enquiries, keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
- Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose information by law.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools.
Some features rely on third-party services that receive technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser connects to them:
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from people rather than automated bots.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on our pages.
These providers process that information under their own privacy policies.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only when needed, with:
- Service providers that help us run the website, such as our cloud hosting provider (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), Cloudflare and Google as described above. They may only process the information to provide their services to us.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
If you click a WhatsApp link on our website, your conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
7. International transfers
Our website is hosted on cloud infrastructure, and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
8. How long we keep information
- Enquiries and enrollment requests: for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement or training, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or by a contract with you.
- Server logs: for a limited period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
9. How we protect information
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to people who need it, security hardening of our servers, and spam and abuse protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any security issue.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email info@isecradar.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Children
Our services and website are intended for adults and organizations. Learners under 18 should enroll in training only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or their school. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without that involvement.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
