Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use isecradar.com.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of isecradar.com (the "website"), operated by iSecRadar. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website content is general information

Content on this website, including service descriptions, course pages and frequently asked questions, is provided for general information. It is not professional security, legal or compliance advice for your specific situation. For advice about your environment, contact us to discuss an engagement.

3. Services and training engagements

  • Separate agreements: cybersecurity services and corporate training are provided only under a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or contract. That agreement, not this website, defines the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities.
  • Authorization and scope: security testing, such as red teaming, penetration testing or product security assessments, is performed only with written authorization from an authorized representative of the system owner, within an agreed scope and rules of engagement.
  • Fees: we do not publish fixed prices. Fees are provided after an assessment of your needs, followed by scoping and sizing of the work.
  • Outcomes: service descriptions explain how we work and what we deliver. They are not a guarantee of a specific security, compliance or recovery outcome.

4. Course enrollment

Submitting an enrollment request does not reserve a seat or create a contract. An advisor will confirm availability, schedule, fees and any other terms with you before your enrollment is complete. Course content, duration and format may be updated to keep training current.

5. Certifications and third-party trademarks

Some courses prepare learners for certification exams offered by independent bodies. iSecRadar is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by GIAC, the SANS Institute or any other certification body unless we state otherwise. Certification exams are registered and taken directly with the certification body, and passing is not guaranteed.

Names such as GIAC, GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, GEIR, GNFA, GCFR, GREM, ISO, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP are the trademarks or names of their respective owners and are used only to describe the standards, frameworks and exams that our work relates to.

6. Acceptable use

When using the website, you must not:

  • scan, probe, test or attack the website or its infrastructure without our prior written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
  • overload the website, or use bots or automated tools to submit forms or collect content in bulk;
  • submit false, misleading, malicious or unlawful content through our forms;
  • use the website in any way that breaks applicable laws.

7. Reporting a security vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website, please report it to info@isecradar.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not access, modify or delete data that is not yours, do not disrupt the website, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. Our contact details for security reports are also published in our security.txt file.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, the iSecRadar name and logo, and course descriptions, belong to iSecRadar or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the website for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, republish or sell its content without our written permission.

9. Links to other websites

The website may link to third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp, social media platforms and certification bodies. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, iSecRadar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for services and training is governed by the separate agreement for that engagement.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
